As we will be implementing a new faster service and new internet connections over the next week you will have to make the following changes to your account details

The upgrade is scheduled to begin Thursday, 8/2/2005, at 5.30pm.
All Internet & Email access will be off-line for an estimated 12 hours.
We recommend you print out the instruction sheet from the relevant web page.
These changes need to be implemented after 5.00pm on Thursday, 8/2/2005, and prior to accessing the Internet next.
We have just completed acceptance testing on a new broadband link to the Internet. This gives HTMLnet a major increase in bandwidth, and thus a major increase in bandwidth available to you our clients.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your patience through this period of testing, and for enduring any degraded performance.
In order to integrate this new service into our facilities we need to re-configure all of our equipment. Unfortunately, due to the major nature of this re-configuration, HTMLnet will be off line and unavailable to service Internet or Email requests, for over 12 hours.
These changes will require you to make adjustments to your own Internet settings. An additional page of instructions is attached.
